Windows 10 so i have this WD my passport external hard drive and i copied my some songs in it and connect it to my xbox one

and one day it said no songs and blah blah so i kinda didn't care and after a few months i decided to use it with my pc and when plug it in it says local drive f instead of my passport and when i to cmd diskpart i cant type i cant uninstall it and it wonthow up in disk management but some times it shows up but there no way to format it what should i do?
