Windows 10 So im on a custom os and i wanna go to a new Windows update but this pops up, and i cant really pick anything else so does forcefully choosing nothing

So im on a custom os called atlas os and i wanna go to a new Windows update but this pops up, and i cant really pick anything else so does forcefully choosing nothing wipe all of my data or just my c drive pls answer
