Windows 11 So recently I just accidentally deleted my admin account and left with the guest no new user creation option available what should I do??

So recently I just accidentally deleted my admin account and left with the guest no new user creation option available what should I do?? Have no way to create new admin right now lost all admin rights can't download anything ??
