Windows 11 Soacebar is disabled when FN key is pressed

When FN key is pressed spacebar is disabled. No other key is disabled. Cannot test with external keyboard since external keyboards don't have the fn key (they don't need it since their function keys work properly). Checked the keyboard layout and it's correctly set to ENG-UK.Switching off "smart keys" in the BIOS disables the spacebar.Taping down the fn key, or otherwise pressing the fn key to access my normal and proper f1-12 keys disables my spacebar.Disabling the touchpad when a USB mouse is plugged in did not fix the problem.Palm check is disabled in the BIOS.Sticky keys is disabled.I've t
