Windows 10 Solitaire collection premium edition

I have bought the premium edition which is running perfectly on my PC. I also have it installed on my i-pad but this is not the ad-free version. Does the one subscription cover all my devices or does each one require a separate subscription ?. If not how do I get the ad-free version on my i-pad please.
