Windows 10 Solitaire Collection will not load on Win 10. Loading screen just flashes on and off.

A couple of days ago the Solitaire Collection on my Win 10 PC stopped loading. When I click on the app to run it, all I get is the 'Loading' screen that just flashes on and of.I have tried what I believe to be the usual fixes like doing a Reset and re-installing the software.
