Windows 10 [SOLVED] Monitor goes black for a moment (less than 1 sec) and then comes back when browsing videos.

Hardware configuration:CPU: intel12700KGPU; NVIDIA quadro RTX 4000Monitor: HP M27fwaOS: Windows 10So my issue is that whenever I am browsing videos (youtube, WSL, Netflix, etc) I get a black screen for a moment (less than 1sec) almost everytime I load a video, maximize or minimize the browser window where I am watching the video, close the window, etc. This happens in both my browsers (Chrome and Edge). I have tried a different monitor (samsung smart TV) and I don't have this issue. I have been through the phone with HP (for the monitor) and checked it with a different PC (laptop) and the issu
