Windows 10 Some Applications/games result in the 0xc000007b error from missing .dll files

This is specifically happening to the Epic Games Launcher application, but the issue originates from Windows. After using Dependency Walker, I have found out that most (if not all) of the .dlls are originating from Windows mostly based on the names of the .dll files. What triggered this issue (I think) is that I was attempting to fix a missing .dll issue by installing some from tutorials on YouTube and putting them in SysWOW as well as System 32.
