Windows 11 Some apps can access the internet, but others say there is no network when I am connected to the network.

I can access the internet on chrome, but when I try to sign in to onedrive and outlook it says no network connection. Also discord can't find a network. I think it might be a firewall issue because I reset that, but I tried with it off and it didn't work.I have tried everything that these forums have already mentioned.
