Windows 10 Some keys are not working

Hello!So I have tried to play on my Lenovo V330-15IKB (Model Name 81AX;Windows 10) but then I saw that some keys do not work (ex. Space;CapsLk;NumLock;Erase;Shift...).One day ago I played on it and every key worked perfectly fine,so I think I have activated a command or something.Now I resetted the laptop because it may solve the problem thinking it was a problem at the system or something but it doesn't work and I'm stuck at setting up my account because I can not type properly.Some keys work,but some do not.Please help!
