Windows 11 Some keys on my keyboard are not working

Hello,For a long time some keys on my laptop have stopped working(1,2,3,4,7,8,9,0,right and down arrow). I can get them to work if I spam-click the button, but it takes a long time. Then, the keys work for a while but if I don't use them they stop working. I have restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled all the keyboards via device manager, run System File Checker. I think I have also updated Windows to the latest version.My laptop is a HP envy x360 convertible 13-bd1xxx. Other specs are below.Thanks in advance.
