Windows 10 Some of my emails to my Yahoo email are Gibberish, how do I fix this??

The past couple of months I have started getting emails that are gibberish. Only to my Yahoo mail, and only from 2 people sending emails from Outlook and Atlas. I do not know how to fix this issue. Any help is very appreciated.
