Windows 11 Some of my Windows Store apps won't install and have ceased functioning. (0x87af0813).

I'm getting this error code when I try to reinstall them (0x87af0813). I'm on Developer build 25997.1010 and the Windows Store Trouble Shooter isn't available in this build.
