Hello,
When i booted up my old Windows Laptop (Which is windows 7, tends to get slow. it wasnt good to run windows 10) I noticed the startup sound wasnt playing, The login/logoff sound wasnt working, Navigation start wasnt working. Most of them worked fine. My guess to what happened is earlier i had issues with DWM (Desktop Windows Manager) Not running, Audio service, and Network service wasnt running. I did try updating the audio drivers, And they said that its on the latest update. so i dont know why it wont play the logon and logoff sounds, It also happened when changing themes. Also before you reply, System Sounds wasnt muted.
Is there any way to fix this?
