Windows 10 Some Unicode characters suddenly not displaying properly in every program - Windows 10

Windows 10Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.985)I'm finding that some of the more obscure Unicode characters have randomly stopped displaying properly on my computer in every single program; specifically a half black star U+2BE8 as well as a load of others are now just displaying as white rectangles. I don't remember there being any updates or anything that would mess up the Unicode support so I'm at a loss as to why it's doing this.I've tried:- Redownloading Arial Unicode MS in the hope that it would contain all the Unicode characters.- Changing the Current system locale in the Region Settings in
