Windows 11 Some websites are unable to be reached after I turn on hotspot.

Hello! I have a windows 11 and I have my laptop connected via ethernet cable. As the title states, for some reason, every time I turn my hotspot on so I can connect my phone to it, some websites become unreachable. A blank white page will appear saying the site cannot be reached and the connection was reset. I have tried fiddling with the settings such as Network and Sharing Center where I go to Properties and Sharing to allow other users to connect, and I have changed it several times between the options, but doing so then causes the secondary active network (which is the hotspot) to have no
