Windows 11 Some windows apps are connected to internet, whereas others aren't when connected to my Wi-Fi.

We changed our Wi-Fi a while back and since then I'm not able to use all of my Windows apps, some are saying that there is no internet connection (Amazon Prime Video, WhatsApp) whereas others are working fine (Netflix, Spotify). I'm able to access internet using browser however these apps are not working properly. I'm also not able to update my PC while connected to the Wi-Fi.When I click on Wi-Fi settings it shows "Action Needed, no Internet", however the internet is clearly working. I am however able to access them while using my mobile hotspot.
