Windows 10 someone claiming to be from microsoft called me I hung up 5 times they gained remote access to my PC what can I do PLEASE HELP

I am not well I got a call saying from microsoft security my pc had been hacked. I hung up 5 times then they threatened me with breach of security saying microsoft would cose my pc I let them in I had chemo yesterday so am not feeling great PLEASE HELP what do I do
