Windows 11 Someone else installed a game on my Windows 11 laptop and now I cannot use its built-in microphone.

I've tried restarting it and updating its software but the problem is still not yet solved. I checked Device Manager and discovered that I could not find the built-in microphone under Audio Inputs and Outputs. I also tried installing audio drivers from Realtek (PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software - REALTEK) but I couldn't (probably because my laptop still had audio drivers that were not deleted by the installer. I'm hesitant to delete the other audio drivers unless it is really alright to do so. What should I do? (note: my laptop is the
