Windows 10 Something deleted everything, now my laptop says i need to activate windows

A month ago something causes my laptop ti be wiped out clean. I just started it back now and now its saying i need ro activate Windows. I need to get rid of the start up page just to go to settings. What should i do i know i have a license when the laptop is new.
