Windows 11 Something happened and your pin isn't available + black screen when trying to reach BIOS

Hi guys i have problem with Windows 11 and login screen. Tried many different things, but still can't do nothing, even use USB recovery drive or reinstall windows, because PC won't let me to enter BIOS.First of all i can't login to my PC. Attaching 2 images below. Receiving 'Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again'. When i click on 'Set up my PIN' another message pops up - 'Search for app in the Store', if i click on yes or no option nothing happens. Tried to reach Recovery Environment and repair it with Restart+Shift but it doesn't working. After PC res
