As the title i wrote, i got that situation when i chose diagnostic startup and then restarted my laptop, when it turned on again and i got stucked in lock screen with those letters, i’ve tried many tricks i found i here that appeared a long time ago but didn’t work so right now i really need help from you guys because i don’t want to reset my PC and then losing all of my data (i tried the trick to plug a bootable usb in an article in 2021 but didn’t work) T-T
