Windows 10 "Something happened and your PIN isn't available."

Hello there,Some days ago i woke up with an problem on my laptop "Windows 10" "Something happened and your PIN isn't available" so i click out set a new pin but it doesn't do anything.. I watched some YouTube/Reddit/Microsoft Tutorials.. even asked people from discord to help but nothing works. When i use shift+restart then i go into the advanced settings everything blocks me. And by blocking i mean if i want to Reset/Startup Repair/Enter cmd it takes me to a screen which is "Choose your account to continue" and i choose mt account of course. After that it wants me to put my password which is
