Windows 10 Something trying to access Device\Harddisk0\DR0

I have protected folder access turned on and today i launched Need for Speed World and got a notification that it was trying to access Device\Harddisk0\DR0.I have not touched it and instantly came here to ask about it. The client im using to play (Nightriderz) is completely safe and i have verified that it is.Thanks in advance for the advice.
