Windows 11 Something's wrong with my Windows 11. I can't figure out what exactly is wrong though.

Since a few days, I face a problem in my laptop while I tried to take screenshots ( by pressing "prt sc" (Print Screen) on my keyboard). The screen snipping tool doesn't open up and instead my cursor loses the ability to click. i.e. I am not able to click anywhere on my screen. Inorder to regain my ability to click, I need to open Task Manager (using the keyboard shortcut) and end the Screen Snipping Task.(Pic Attached)Moreover, today I discovered that I am not able to open any folder present on my laptop. The File explorer just keeps on loading and just closes itself. This is very frustratin
