Windows 11 Sons pc data is on my pc. I used my account for his computer.

My son got a computer and we installed windows 10 a couple of years ago. I used my Microsoft account. At the time I had a very old pc. I have just got a new pc and installed windows 11. All his stuff is on my new pc. How do I untangle this mess?!!
