I have been trying to fix the issue for a while. I tried all the recommendations I found in the community nothing worked. I bought this computer specially to use for video conferences, but I couldn't use it yet. Every time I tried to use it on video conference, I have problems with the sound. If I am listening to music on Youtube and open a video call app like Zoom or Whatsapp immediately the sound from Youtube is muted but continues playing.
