Windows 11 Sound Quality of bluetooth audio plummets whenever launching any game.

Why is it that whenever try to use an audio device via bluetooth on my windows computer, the sound quality will be completely normal, but as soon as I boot up a game, any game, the sound quality plummets. It almost seems like it is trying to act as a mic, but I have out output for the device disabled in sounds. I have had this problem with almost every bluetooth audio device I've tried to use while playing games.
