Windows 11 Spatial sound greyed out after installing Realtek driver for Windows 11

Spatial sound has worked for me before with the same headphones I use. I downloaded Realtek driver and it's now greyed out. I've tried removing the driver and it still didn't work. Before Realtek driver I was using the High definition audio device. I have Windows 11.
