Windows 11 Speakers now crackling after upgrading Windows 23H2

Hello, I upgraded my Lenovo T16 AMD Ryzen Pro 5 laptop with Realtek Audio, the other day from 2023-10 Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057), that I wasn't having audio issues with at allBut ever since upgrading to Windows 11, version 23H2 the audio from my speakers will randomly crackle, I have went through Microsoft and Lenovo forums, as well as asked Bing and Dell and HP forums, and realize this is a common issue after upgrading OS sometimes. - I have performed various recommended troubleshooting already such as running the troubleshooter and shutting off the a
