Windows 10 Special characters with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator

While I have successfully created layouts with the MKLC utility, my last attempt involved enhancing the keyboard with special characters through the Alt Gr + key combination. I wanted to add characters such as: Alt Gr + S: ßAlt Gr + <: «Alt Gr + >: » Alt Gr + :: …Alt Gr + N: – Alt Gr + M: —That works within MKLC when I use its Project | Test Keyboard Layout option, but when I compile the layout, deploy it and select that enhanced keyboard through the Language Bar, those special characters don´t get typed when I key them in any other application.Pay careful attention that this is NOT
