Windows 10 Specific keys on Sculpt Keyboard have stopped working -- not a mechanical issue

I have two sets of the Sculpt keyboard/mouse and both have the same problem. These character entries do not work or only work intermittently:" / ( ) =These are all shift-number entries.Suddenly... Q also does not work.I am using a QWERTZ layout keyboard with the correct language / keyboard settingHere is what I have tried:Tested two separate keyboardsChanged batteries on keyboardChanged usb port for wireless fobReboot computerRemoved drivers for keyboard and mouse and rebooted to reinstallRan windows update for general updateUpdated optional updates (system bios, etc)Ran troubleshooterRemoved
