I had a virus on my pc so I just reset my pc locally and now I’m stuck on this error every time I press sign in and there’s two users administrator and guest so far, I tried register edit method where you set the sysvolready to value 1 and that didn’t work so now I have a usb that has windows 11 so I can reinstall windows 11 into the pc but when I’m in safe mode and press usb device mine doesn’t pop up. I went into bios (dell pc) and went to boot and I can’t even do anything there I’m so stuck and tired. I need help please It’s a dell pc
