Windows 11 Spectrum wifi keeps cutting out and disconnecting every so often only on this laptop

Hi everyone!For some reason my laptop has exponentially slower speeds than other devices using the same wifi. In addition, the wifi keeps dropping. It's weird because the signal would be full bars and next thing you know boom it cuts out. Then, like 20-30 seconds after I reconnect, it's fine again. It'd just say "No internet. Secured". My drivers are up to date so I don't know what's wrong. When I'm in college, and I use AT&T wifi, it works perfectly well there plus the speeds are consistent with other devices on the same network.
