Windows 11 Speech Recognition - "Start Listening" after "Stop Listening" does not work on Windows 11

Hello, I rely on Windows Speech Recognition for my daily work on Computer. In Windows 10, I used to use "Start Listening" and "Stop Listening" commands alternatively to invoke the Speech Recognition and make speech recognition to stop listening to me.I purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 preinstalled. The "stop listening" command completely switches off the microphone. I have to request someone to click and enable the microphone again.Can someone spot what is going wrong here? How do I fix this problem? (Note - I am completely dependent on Speech Recognition to work independently).
