Windows 11 Speeding up processor with editing registry keys

What is your opinion on speeding up the processor on a laptop with locked base speed at 1.69 although it's base speed is 2.8 with editing registry keys?The processor is: 11th Generation Intel(R) Core( TM) i7-1165G7 Processor (12MB Cache, up to 4.7 GHz).Edited registry keys are:- ~MHz data (although I believe it is informational type) at Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor and it's Keys 0 .. 7 and setting the value for ~MHz in Hexadecimal "af0" or in Decimal "2800"- In Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Power\EnergyEstimation\CPU\Effici
