Windows 10 Spell check not working for Windows 10 (including Onenote)

Up until approximately a month ago, the automatic spell check option on my laptop has stopped working and misspelled words are no longer autocorrect, nor does the a wavy red line appear underneath it. I only noticed this through Onenote for Windows 10, because Word, Powerpoint etc. have their own spell-check systems but Onenote appears to rely on the system's one. I've gone through all the settings in both Onenote and Windows Settings, but I appear to be missing the settings for "Spelling", under the "Typing" settings. Has anyone else experienced this/know how to fix it?
