Windows 11 Spelling checker in mail keeps switching back to Englisch (very annoying)

Hi! When i'm typing a mail in the mail-app in Winsows 11 almost al my words are misspelled. This is because the spelling checker is in Englisch while I am typing in Dutch. But when I change the checker in Dutch and go back tot typing it automaticly changes back to Englisch. Very Annoying... I already searched in setting > mail and just deleted the "englisch" language in setting > language and time > language.Does annyone know what to do?
