Windows 10 Spider-Man Remastered Windows Update error

My computer is fully updated I've checked at least ten times by now. But, every time I try to open up Spiderman I get a white box saying, "This game requires Windows 10 version 1909 (Build 18363) or later." My current windows version is Windows 10 Pro Build 19044.1889 I have no idea where to go from here and any advice would be great.
