Windows 11 Spooler service issue after KB5039212

Windows 11 Pro, x64 23H2, all up to date, including drivers.I have a strange issue. When I'm listening to something on my computer which does not require me to watch, I play some simple games while listening. I play Hearts, Freecell, etc. Another one is some simple game I downloaded years ago called Soap. I never had any problems with Soap until recently. Probably as a result of the June/2024 Windows update, when I start Soap, it take over a minute to start.
