Windows 11 SPPSVC issue in my new Windows 11 installation

Few days ago I was having problem installing the Office 2016 msi version because of a faulty msiexec issue (possibly because the Windows 11 dualboot had MSE installed which thought that the Windows 11 msiexec was a virus and ended up quarantining it)then I formatted the Windows 11 SSD after data backup and reinstalled the OS from scratch only to find a SPPSVC issue and I tried everythingfrom restarting the service, to changing a registry value to updating my PC or even a DISM restorehealth commandNothing fixed. I don't want to reinstall another version of Windows 11Now I cannot find the SPPSVC
