Windows 10 SquirrelSetup error after installing the Windows 10 update

I am running into SquirrelSetup error after installing the Windows 10 update.


Here is the start of the error message I get when I try to download Grammarly.

I have tried disabling Norton Anti-Virus when installing Grammarly.


This has not helped


How do I get around this error and install Grammarly?
