Windows 11 SSD 100% active time and unresponsive

My PC is seemingly randomly (but typically while running various games) becomes unresponsive for about a minute. In task manager, the SSD Active time shows as 100%, but there does not appear to be any read/write data being transferred. This PC was built in December 2022, and I haven't had any problems prior to this. Everything is running at stock settings. - BOTH of my NVMe SSDs are displaying this problem. - Both drives have about 50% of their respective space available- Western Digital Dashboard shows both with a drive health of 100%.
