Windows 11 SSD disk disappear after upgrade to win 11

spec:motherboard: MSI b450m bazooka v22x GOODRAM CX400 SATA 2,5″ SSD (512GB)1x KIOXIA EXCERIA M.2 PCIe NVMe (1TB) - problem relatedIn short:I upgraded from win 10 to win 11 and then one of my disk disappear. I got 2 SATA ssd connected in RAID0 and 1 NVME M2 ssd (which is missing).It doesn't appear in "Disk Managment", "Device Manager" and "diskpart". (https://ibb.co/JK837xb)In BIOS I tried changing CSM/UEFI, SATA mode RAID/AHCI. Disk appears on main page and when set to CSM also in booting options. (1 hosted at ImgBB and https://ibb.co/cXh02zQ).SATA mode must be RAID because of this 2 SS
