Windows 11 SSD speeds seem slower since the last update?

I recently got a new laptop, and according to crystal disk mark it's default ssd supposedly can do a bit over 3000 megabytes read and 400-900 write speeds.However doing things like copying files haven't gotten even close to that after one of the last updates(currently it's around or under 100 kilobytes and the fastest I've seen are under 100 megabytes)I've made sure to update drivers, and according to crystal disk info, the drive's health is at 100%., and disk usage usaully stays under 10% unless I'm doing any disk-intensive tasks(like testing speeds) or other things like updates.I even made s
