Windows 11 Start menu is not working in Windows 11

I just got a new laptop, and the Start Menu (Windows Key) isn't functioning. Left-clicking it works fine, but it doesn't work when pressed on the keyboard. Consequently, I cannot use quick lock or any other quick key functions.
