It appears when opening a video, another user managed to download a virus or malware that has whacked the start menu in the latest edition of windows 10. We've run Norton security, AVG, Malware Bytes and windows security and all say there's nothing wrong. Clicking on the windows key just has a small icon appear, the screen flickers once, and then the icon is gone. I've tried sfc /scannow and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth but the start menu won't open.
