Hi,The reason I say that I don't think it can be done, is, I'm making animated cartoons by using my Paint program.I don't do rendering or rigging or any of that. 
So, on the "front side" of my Photos Legacy software, I have the photos/drawings that I've downloaded in to the Photos Legacy program. On the "back side" of the Photos Legacysoftware, there is a place for audio "clips." But Photos Legacy is really just garbage, I'm afraid: there is no way to match up the dialogue that is heard on the "back side" of Photos Legacy with the facial movements of the animated cartooncharacters that are
