Windows 11 Steam app showing white paper icon when running

Can you please help how I can resolve this issue with steam app showing white paper/generic monitor icons when running. It shows perfectly fine on desktop and taskbar when not running but once I start and run the app a different icon shows every time. I have tried some of the fix suggested online specifically: - reinstalling the app- app data local - delete icon cache and windows restart- changing app icon manuallyNone seems to have helped to resolve the issueAny input is highly appreciated.
