Windows 10 Sticky keys keep turning on even if they're turned off

For some reason my pc started enabling sticky keys for no reason without even asking. I saw a lot of people had this problem but they fix it by turning off sticky keys in the control pannel. I have done that yet they still turn on and i can't turn them off even if i click 2 keys at the same time. Its so annoying, I've noticed it happens mostly when I'm playing a game, or somehow always happens on the discord website. How do i fix this? I've done everything yet they still turn on by random
